Really very difficult to fully describe this wonderful Bed and Breakfast. Off road parking are rear of premises. Amazing warm welcome from David, your main host. Fabulous antique furniture and works of art, very varied and tasteful. Extremely well appointed rooms and lots of personal extras, i will leave as surprises for you to discover. Very quiet for good nights sleep. Again very personal breakfast service. Everything fresh and as you choose. Great location. All in all very highly recommended.

Warm welcome from David, who showed us personally to our room and offered to carry bags. Spacious, spotless, cosy, quiet, comfortable room and beautiful bathroom. Lots of thoughtful additional facilities, such as, nightlight, chargers, pillow /slumber spray, china cups/plates, scones with clotted cream & jam, gluten free biscuits (as coeliac), choice of teas, fresh milk, fruit and more… Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice & gluten free catered for. Great location and private parking. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Thank you David & Laurent.

Where to start? David is a most welcoming person and the hotel is incredibly well presented; spotless, warm, uniquely decorated, calm and interesting. I rarely write reviews, but was so taken aback by the quality offered by this hotel that I couldn’t not write one. I only stayed a night, which was my error, but had everything I needed and more. Highlights for me were the warm welcome, generous room, the ground coffee and French press in the room and the pillow spray to aide deep sleep as well as an extraordinary breakfast. Spoilt for choice in local restaurants and it’s facing a lovely park for a stroll before breakfast. It’s a very special hotel and I could not recommend more heartily

Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Room

We had a wonderful stay at The Townhouse. We arrived early, which wasn’t a problem and we received a very warm welcome from David & Laurent. Our room was upgraded and was beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of extras provided; scones, jam and clotted cream on arrival with fresh coffee and shortbread. Breakfast was very good with large selection and freshly made to order, served in a beautiful dining room. Thank you, we hope to visit again soon. Would highly recommend.

This guest house is most definitely a five star experience. Our beautiful room looked out over the park and had everything included to make our stay a very comfortable one. We had scones/shortbread and tea/coffee laid out for us in the room when we arrived. Breakfast was superb. The fruit salad at the start with honey and mint was something you would expect in a top five star hotel. Cooked breakfast was fresh and perfect. Our host was perfect too- friendly and informative without being intrusive. All in all I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Perth.
